“Building with Simple Life Projects is the best thing we’ve ever done.

Right from the beginning when first liaising with the architect and builder in finalising the design and getting an agreed upon budget through to end of build, we were informed on everything and kept in the loop. During the build of our solar passive home Phil Crogan and his team were able to come up with unique solutions to the many challenges thrown up by building suppliers, sub contractors and building in a remote location without ever losing sight of their goal of keeping us both informed, on budget and satisfied with changes along the way.

The guidance and advice we were given was very helpful with our decision making. Communication was great with everyone.

Everyone that has come over is very impressed with the unique design and the quality of the work stands out. We love our new home and thank Phil and all the team for being so understanding and helpful along the way.

During 2016-17 Kalbarri Volunteer Sea Search & Rescue Group Inc (the Group) undertook a major refurbishment and extension of its operations building situate on the Murchison River foreshore.  The existing small building was over 20 years old and in dire need of a facelift.    The project was complex and sensitive in that it involved environmental, community and historical issues.

The project started and finished within the allocated time and budget parameters.  As with all projects there were unexpected problems, however, Phil always seemed to have a solution for a way forward.

At all times Phil Crogan conducted the project with professionalism and care.  Phil was always readily available and, more importantly, was contactable at all times.

The Committee and members of the Group thank Phil and Simple Life Projects for a job well done.
