Phil Crogan, Managing Director of Simple Life Projects, is a registered builder in the Midwest region of Western Australia, With over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial construction, we are able to provide economical solutions based on practical experience.

Previously building around the Perth metropolitan area, Phil has won many awards for houses built under his care. True to form, Simple Life Projects was recently awarded the 2017 HIA Greensmart ‘Framed Home’ of the Year. This house was also a finalist in the ‘Custom Built’ Home of the Year category, and the overall WA Greensmart Home of the Year category.

Based in the town of Kalbarri, we service the Midwest region of Western Australia. For discerning Clients, Simple Life Projects will manage their project from concept to completion, providing direct contact with the actual builder to ensure an attention to detail 2nd to none.
